Broke by definition means having completely run out of money. Now most people do not use broke in those terms. Being broke will be a different level for everyone for some it will be only have $100K in savings for other it will be having $50 in savings. I am closer to the latter.

I made many financial mistakes after college. I started working in the finance world and fell into the trap of trying to look and act like I belonged. I was making myself broke by trying to look like I was not broke. Living up to other peoples standards or what you think the standards are is a huge mistake. In doing so I was buying watches, suits, and a new car. My debt was pilling up and I am still paying for it. I will go over these debts in more detail later.

I am going to try and break concepts down as easily as possible. I will go over every mistake I have made and we can go on the journey together to get on track and stay there.
